This special event brings together friends, family, and people who live or have lived in the West Side for an unforgettable evening while raising funds to support our organization’s mission.

This year, we are proud to honor two West Side legends, Nick Bonifacio & Tovie Averese, whose legacy of friendship, leadership, and community spirit continues to inspire us all. All proceeds will be reinvested into the greater community they supported and to keep their memories alive.

For over 70 years, the Butler Mitchell Alumni Association has been a cornerstone of Buffalo’s West Side, fostering friendships, supporting families, and strengthening our community. This year, we honor the legacies of Tovie Averese and Nick Bonifacio, two West Side legends, by continuing our tradition of giving back. Your sponsorship directly funds programs that uplift those in need, with 100% of donations reinvested into our community. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, your contribution is fully tax-deductible—but more importantly, it keeps the spirit of the West Side alive. Join us in celebrating the people who made this neighborhood great while making a lasting impact on the future.

Sponsor a Meat Raffle Round – $50 (Limit 20 Sponsors)

With 20 exciting rounds, you can sponsor one, two, or up to three rounds.
When the facilitator announces the round and describes the prizes, they will recognize you or your business by stating: “This round is proudly sponsored by [Your Name or Company].”
It’s a great way to support the event while gaining visibility!

Table Naming Sponsor – $100 (Limit 20 Sponsors)

Name or logo sign will be placed on the Table
Sponsors will be recognized during the event verbally by DJ
Pick a Table Name – Pick any westside street name for your table that you grew up on or know.

West Side Strong Sponsor – $250

Strengthening bonds, tradition and supporting the cause.

Sponsor a Child’s Summer at City Kids Camp

City Kids Summer Camp provides a fun, safe, and educational experience for children on Buffalo’s West Side. Campers enjoy sports, arts and crafts, guest speakers, field trips, and lifelong friendships. For $275, you can sponsor one child’s full week of camp and give them a summer they’ll never forget.
